Biography
I am a Biotechnology graduate from Capital University of Science and Technology (CUST), Islamabad, with hands-on experience in microbiology, immunology, molecular diagnostics, and pharmaceutical quality control. My work includes ELISA, PCR, antimicrobial assays, and biomaterial-related laboratory techniques. My research interests focus on cancer biology, immunotherapy, gene manipulation, and translational biotechnology.
Research Interests
My research interests focus on biotechnology along with materials science, with a strong emphasis on cancer research and biomedical applications. I am particularly interested in the development and evaluation of biomaterials and nanomaterials for cancer diagnostics, targeted drug delivery, and therapeutic interventions. My academic background in biotechnology, along with hands-on laboratory experience in microbiology, antimicrobial assays, nanoparticle-related studies, and data interpretation, has motivated me to explore how biological systems can be integrated with advanced materials to improve cancer treatment outcomes. I am keen to investigate molecular and cellular mechanisms of cancer progression, as well as the use of biocompatible materials to enhance drug efficacy, reduce toxicity, and improve patient-specific therapies. I aim to contribute to interdisciplinary research that bridges biological sciences and materials engineering to address critical challenges in cancer detection, treatment, and translational biomedical innovation.
